From order to doorstep
- You order online — choose your piece and check out on our website.
- We get in touch — our team messages or calls you to go over your order and arrange payment.
- We prepare it — as soon as your payment is received, your piece is checked and carefully packed.
- It’s on its way — we send you a tracking number, and your order reaches you within 20–25 business days.
Looking after your pieces
- Keep each item in its own pouch or box so pieces don’t rub against each other.
- Take your jewellery off before the pool, the shower, the gym or bed.
- Let perfume, creams and makeup settle before you put your jewellery on.
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth; skip strong cleaners and chemicals.
