Before we ship
Every order starts with a quick conversation. Once you check out, our team contacts you to confirm what you’ve ordered and to arrange payment. We begin preparing your order only after payment is received. If we’re unable to reach you within 3 days, we may cancel the order.
How long it takes
Please allow 20–25 business days for delivery, counted from the day your payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays aren’t included. Customs checks, busy seasons and other events beyond our control can occasionally add extra time.
Following your parcel
When your order leaves us, we’ll send you a tracking number so you always know where it is.
Delivery fees
We offer free shipping on every order / Your delivery fee is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team when we contact you.
Import duties and local taxes
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on parcels arriving from abroad. Any such charges are payable by the customer / Duties are already included in our prices. These fees and clearance times are set by local customs authorities, not by Qilaada.
Getting your details right
Double-check your full address and phone number when you order. We can’t be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect details. Need to change your address? Let us know before your parcel is dispatched.
When your parcel arrives
Higher-value orders may need a signature or ID at the door. Take a moment to look over the box — if it appears opened or damaged, photograph it and message us straight away.
